10/05/24 - The law on posthumous storage of gametes and embryos for a specific cohort of patients who died before 1 July 2022 has changed

This change applies only to specific gametes and embryos already in storage as set out in the May 2024 Special Edition of Clinic Focus. We have updated the Clinic Practical Guide on legal changes to storage limits and guidance to support clinics to implement these changes.
