Our National Patient Survey launches today (Tuesday 2 November), as part of National Fertility Awareness Week.
The survey will provide us with a comprehensive view of the current fertility service experience, and it’s vital for clinics to get involved and promote the survey to patients to get as many varied views as possible.
We'd like clinics to help in encouraging patients to complete this survey via their social media channels. We've also created a digital poster to highlight the survey, which is available to download and print here.
