Updated Clinic Portal guidance

Thank you to those people who have given us feedback about the new Clinic Portal. It has been live for just over a month and we hope you are finding the new functions helpful and improving your interactions with us.

We know that there have been a few teething problems with the new portal (and problems getting through to the right person to help). We’re sorry about this and are addressing them. We have produced a Clinic Portal user guide to help you to use the new portal easily and effectively. There will also be a surgery at this year’s annual conference where you can discuss any problems that you have with the new Portal.
