Our licence conditions for both treatment and storage clinics and research centres.

In November 2024 a new law comes into force that allows those living with HIV with an undetectable viral load to donate to known recipients. As a result, Standard Licence Condition T52 has been updated. Please note that only clinics that have had their Standard Licence Conditions updated will be able to offer this treatment and donation. For information on the new Standard Licence Condition and full details of the licensing process please see the guidance on the Clinic Portal.
