Notification of the launch of the new Clinic Portal
I am writing to let you know that the new version of the Clinic Portal is now live. You can use the new Clinic Portal to view your performance information, regulatory guidance and requirements, update the details about your clinic that appear on Choose a Fertility Clinic (CaFC), and make licensing and authorisation applications.
The Portal has been refreshed and several new features introduced, including the Knowledge Base, where you can search for guidance in the Code of Practice, Chief Executive’s letters, Chair’s letters or navigate directly to particular guidance. The Knowledge Base will also be where we bring to your attention new information and actions you need to take.
The new My Clinic page makes it easier for you to keep your staffing information up to date, and provide information on your donor gamete availability.
Logging in to the portal
To access the live version of the new Clinic Portal, go to https://portal.hfea.gov.uk. Please use the same password and log-in details that you had for the beta Portal. You only need a log-in and password to access the dashboard and My Clinic page of the Portal. The Knowledge Base has password-free access.

This is the first stage of the development of the Clinic Portal. The new data submission element of the Clinic Portal will be launched later this year. Until then you should use the current submission methods.
Thank you to those who helped us to develop this new service, whether by being part of Information for Quality groups, as a user tester or by giving feedback via the beta survey. We will keep improving the portal, so do please send any further feedback once you start using the live service.
