Update to General Direction 0005
I am writing to inform you that General Direction 0005 - Collecting and recording information for the Human Fertilisation and Embryology Authority has been updated in line with changes to PRISM.
This is to reflect minor changes in the mechanism for centres verifying their data for Choose a Fertility Clinic (CaFC) publication. In particular, the specific reference to a sign-off sheet has been removed, as this no longer represents the way in which clinics sign off their data.
General Direction 0005, version 6 is available on the Clinic Portal.
